Shipping Policy

How Long Will It Take To Deliver The Products?

Once you place the order, we ensure that it gets processed and shipped in the next 48 working hours. All the shipped products would be delivered to you in the next 10-15 business days (Delivery time may again vary depending upon the courier partners, your location etc.).

There may be delays due to situations which are beyond our control including Festive holidays, lockouts, etc. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason.

Can I Change My Shipping Address After I Placing The Order?

Shipping address can be changed only if the order is not shipped. Once the order is shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. However, you can contact our Customer Service Team in order to check the possibilities (if any).

How Do I Track My Order?

Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the Shipper Name and Tracking No.

You can track your order using the Quick Links “Track Your Order” available on the website.

Also track your order by signing into your account and follow the below steps;

  • Go to “My Orders” which gives you the list of all the Orders along with the Tracking No.
  • Click the Tracking No available in the Order and you will be redirected to the shippers website which gives you the status of you shipment.
  • In case, if you are unable to track your shipment, then please contact us on +919880916000 or email us at service@indiafabs.com and we will assist you further.

What Will I Do If The Tracking Details Are Not Reflecting On Your Tracker?

Once the order is shipped, it may take atleast 24 hours for the shippers to update the tracking details. So we request you to check the tracker atleast after 24 hours of shipping. In case of any difficulties, please contact our Customer Services Team.

Do You Ship Internationally? Which Currencies Do You Accept Payment In?

Yes, we cater to international clients. The currency is based on the country you are logging in from. For customers logging in from US, the currency will be US$, and £ for Britain, AUD for Australia, CAD for Canada, INR for India. For customers from all other countries the payment will be accepted in US$.

What About The Taxes And Duties?

Custom Taxes and Duties are beyond our control. These vary depending upon the countries and are to be borne by the buyer.

For all domestic orders of value above Rs. 1000 we provide free shipping.

For all international orders of value above Rs. 7000, Euro $ 125 or £ 63 or AUD 65 or CAD 65 (or equivalent for other currencies), we provide free shipping. For orders of value below this, please find below our shipping charges for Domestic and International Shipping.

International Shipping

The shipping charges for international orders are based on the estimated weight of the package. The shipping charge is calculated and appears on the check-out page of order placement. This allows you to review the shipping charges before confirming the order. We ensure that these costs are nominally charged by the courier partners.

Shipping Rates For Swatches:

All the products Swatches are available and are priced at Rs. 300 or equivalent currency [excluding shipping charges] per swatch. You can avail attractive benefits on swatches and other facilities by joining our Swatch Club.

What If The Packing Of The Shipment Is Open Or Damaged During Delivery?

If you find the package is opened or damaged upon delivery, then please do not accept the package and notify this to our Customer Service Team. We will contact the Courier Partners regarding this and send you the replacement at the earliest.

Will I Have To Sign For My Order Delivery?

Yes, you will be asked to sign the delivery sheet once the package is delivered to you. By signing you confirm that the package(s) was delivered to you in good condition (without any defects or damages).

What If I Am Not At Home When The Package Arrives?

No worries, our courier partners will contact you TWICE and try delivering the product to you your ordered product. We request you to kindly make the necessary arrangements so that the package is delivered. Or you can also make a pick-up arrangement of the package from the shipper.

However, even after TWO tries, if the courier company is not able to deliver the shipment, then the courier company assumes that the delivery is declined and will return the shipment to us or salvage it, depending on the value of product and the cost of returning the shipment. In such a case, if the courier is salvaged, we will not be able to refund anything. If the product is of high value and if we are able to retrieve it back to us, then we will be able to refund a part payment, deducting the cost of return and a processing cost.
